@injectionBarbie
Hello there! Thanks for popping by to learn a little about moi!
I'm a certified Nurse Practitioner (as of 2020) and have been a Nurse since 2015. I kicked off my career in nursing working as a pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplant nurse. While I adored bringing joy to my patients, the harsh reality of their situations left me feeling down. That's when I decided to explore nursing fields that would let me add a splash of brightness and beauty to my patients' lives, leading me straight to the world of aesthetics.
My focus is on keeping things youthful and natural, with tailor-made treatment plans for each client, and realistic goals at the forefront. I stay on my toes, constantly learning from the latest advances in aesthetic medicine, hitting up multiple continuing ed courses each year.
My ultimate aim? To create healthy, vibrant results that lets my clients look and feel their absolute best.
Why Barbie?
Once upon a time, Injection Barbie was born as a way for a tired mom (ME) to perk up and unleash her inner diva. But, oh boy, did she evolve over the last 5 years! Remember classic Barbie? She was blonde, white and totally out of proportion. Yikes!
Thankfully, Mattel gave her a serious glow-up! The new and improved Barbie is a breath of inclusive fresh air. She's fierce, fabulous, and represents all shapes, sizes, and colors. Whether you're curvy or skinny, a teacher or an astronaut, or have a disability, you're welcome in the Barbie Squad. It's a beautiful message and one that Injection Barbie is proud to champion.
Why do you love pink so much?
1. Because I'm a Barbie and I can!
2. I've fallen head over heels for pink as my ultimate power play. Society often labels pink as a flimsy, girly color, which can make folks overlook our smarts and strengths. But, hear me out: I'm all about embracing my girly, bubbly self and proving that we can still own the boardroom and smash the patriarchy with our pink power. So, to all those who think pink isn't a boss ass color, I say: "Watch this!" This concludes my TED talk. Thanks for tuning in!
